Shipment costs

As of January 6, 2025, we will be implementing changes to our shipping costs. This adjustment is necessary due to rising transport and logistics expenses, as well as increased rates from our external shipping partners.

At Nutrined, we offer two shipping options, depending on availability in the destination country:

• Standard Shipping: Your order is typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days.
• Express Shipping: For faster delivery, your order is usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days.

Specific Information for Customers in the Benelux
For standard deliveries within Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, the following rates apply (excluding VAT):

• For orders under €200, shipping costs are €8.95.
• For orders of €200 or more, shipping costs are €5.95.

Shipping of Refrigerated Products
To ensure the quality of refrigerated products, these are always shipped via express delivery in an insulated box. This prevents exposure to extreme temperatures and ensures that the products arrive in optimal condition.

Please note: The delivery times mentioned above are indicative and may vary in exceptional cases due to unforeseen circumstances, such as carrier delays or extreme weather conditions. The availability of shipping options may also vary by country; we will inform you during the checkout process of the options available.

The updated rates for both shipping options will take effect on January 6, 2025, and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process on our website. These changes allow us to continue providing high-quality service and meeting your expectations.
